Though I will always be a student of yoga first and foremost, it brings me great joy to share the practice of yoga through teaching as well. I started practicing while in college (2011) and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jenn Bobbitt at Yoga Centre in March of 2014. Since then, I have been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha-based classes at the Yoga Centre and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as community classes at lululemon, and corporate fitness classes at Google and around the bay area. I completed a CorePower C2 Intensive training during the summer of 2018 and now teach weekly classes at the SF Financial District location.
With a background in anatomy and physiology, I have a strong appreciation for the positive effects yoga can have on your health and your life -- not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually too.
