Though I will always be a student of yoga first and foremost, it brings me great joy to share the practice of yoga through teaching as well. I have been practicing since 2011 and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jenn Bobbitt at Yoga Centre in March of 2014. Since then, I have been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha-based classes at the Yoga Centre and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as community classes at lululemon, and corporate fitness classes at Google and around the bay area.
With a background in anatomy and physiology, I have a strong appreciation for the positive effects yoga can have on your health and your life -- not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually too.
