Though I will always be a student of yoga first and foremost, it brings me great joy to share the practice of yoga being a certified yoga instructor as well. I have been practicing since 2011 and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jenn Bobbitt at Yoga Centre in March 2014. Since then, I have been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha-based classes at the Yoga Centre and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as community classes at lululemon, and corporate fitness classes at Google.

With a background in anatomy and physiology, I have a strong appreciation for the positive effects yoga can have on your health and your life -- not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well.
