Re:THINK Ice Cream

Re:THINK Ice Cream

Brownies, cookies, ice cream, candy… dessert is basically my weakness. Chris loves to blame me for always having sweets in the house, but I know he loves it too.

For as long as I can remember, ice cream has always been one of my favorite treats. Mostly because there are endless flavor options and let’s not forget variations like sundaes, banana splits, I mean I’ll top just about any dessert off with some ice cream if we’re being honest. There’s also zero prep or cook time involved — all I have to do is grab a pint out of the freezer, a spoon, and go!

While I do love to indulge my sweet tooth as much as possible, I know I should also be mindful of not finishing an entire pint in a night, haha. That’s exactly why I was so glad to have recently discovered Re:THINK Ice Cream, a healthier ice cream brand that’s local to the Bay Area! I was lucky enough to get my hands on all eight of their low sugar, high protein flavors and enjoyed them all. I’ve never been good at being decisive, so I’ll say my top three favorite flavors are the Almond Asteroid, Mint with Chocolate Flakes, and Chocolate Majesty.

I’m also not quite sure how they do it because I’ve tried a few other healthier “ice cream” options out there, but Re:THINK has managed to make a healthier option, while maintaining the creamy texture and delicious flavor of traditional ice cream. You can read more about their ice cream, process, and ingredients here.

Let me know what you think of Re:THINK and what healthy ice cream options you’ve tried!
