Weekly Wins | 15.2025
The further we move through the year, the faster it seems to fly by! It also doesn’t help that I’ve been plenty busy with the following this past week:
All things Easter - filling eggs and baskets, finalizing menus and making decor (we’re hosting), and taking the kids to our favorite Irvine Railroad Park for an extra egg hunt and pictures with the Easter bunny,
More birthdays and baby celebrations - diaper cakes, baby outfits, buying (and wrapping) of alllll of the gifts,
Homeschool - Finishing registration and working on an outline for the school year ahead,
Taking on a new part-time gig - Creative Coordinator for a few Club Pilates studios (locations in Cerritos, Cypress, Irvine UTC, Little Tokyo and Monrovia),
Few backyard updates - we cleared out the garden (and by we, I mean Chris) and are planning to plant some new veggies this upcoming weekend! We also got this nice big storage bin to store away all of the kids’ outdoor toys and pool toys and I could not be more excited about it.
On a health, wellness, self-care note, I slapped on some self tanner again last week and am trying to make it a more regular weekly routine because damn, it always makes me feel 100x better!
I’ve been doing my best to stick to my AM yoga (though work and/or this blog have taken priority some of the mornings…) - my favorite video this week was probably Yoga with Adriene - Deep Core but I’m getting the itch to change things up and may sign up for a free trial somewhere soon (thinking Melissa Wood, Form, or let me know of any other suggestions!).
I also finished, and thoroughly enjoyed, listening to The Power Pause by Neha Ruch this week. I highly recommend for any and all moms (and any future mamas-to-be).
There are probably a few more things I could write about this past week, but to be honest, the kids are finally asleep, I’m sitting at my laptop in the dark, and I’m just ready to hop into bed. Hope you all are having a great week so far and are ready to make the most of the rest of it!!
